Best one!

I have spent hours trying to get my video conversions working properly. Initially I used "Any Video Converter Lite" and thought it was working but I was still having trouble getting sound to play. I downloaded a few more... and THIS APP is the only one that WORKS for converting a video to MP4, SWF, and OGG successfully!

It is very easy to use except for the name of the button to finally start the conversion process — you click "Start" and then "Open" — "Open" should read "OK" because all you are doing is choosing the location on your Mac and "Open" implies you have to open some kind of app.
