Video Converter Master Lite App Reviews

Downloaded this app to convert lectures from SWF to any other format that will work on a Mac, and they crash the app after dragging the video to the converter box. Therefore, this app failed, for me; therefore, it will only get one-star. Did not try any other formats, so I can not say if they work or not.

what i really liked about this app is that unlike other video converter apps it wont use a significant amount of CPU to the point makes the computer heats. also it gets the job done

This is the best Mac program I have found for converting my high quality .WMV videos for editing on Final Cut Pro X. It has a good array of settings and it has a nice grown up look and feel, unlike some of the others I have tried.

Yes, it works, but it drastically reduces the quality to the point that it is not even watchable. My HD movie now looks like it was filmed in th 80s

So far its been great and converts files with no prob. Needed something quick and cheap, and so I came across this one here. Gold Mine!! It was too easy!! Thanks Video Converter Master Lite. If I needed so I would purchase the full app no doubt.

This only converts files into very low resolution MP4 format. No option for changing formats or resolution. Further limited to only one file at a time. Pointless. Uninstalling now.

Drag and drop. Sounds easy enough but this is what I get: Loading completed. 1 file failed to load! The file is: Last Week Tonight with John Oliver FIFA II (HBO).srt So much for that. Oh it happens on most of YouTube downloads. Thanks Anyway John

All that needs to be said here is that I have used EVERY feature of this Software to the extent that it was built for and I see absolutely NO flaws in the Software. It’s Function to Convert Files works impeccably and QUICKLY. The steps you will take to Convert the File or Files are minimal. Enough said , It’s Cheap, It ABSOLUTELY works, The Conversion is PERFECT and it is so simple to use that I could Convert Files overnight while sleeping…. (well that last part wasn’t completely True but I’m sure that yall get my drift ! Download and Enjoy , I DID !!!!

Just downloaded the software. So far it loves to quit unexpectedly. First 3 times I loaded and tried to run it.

I don’t know if the program is any good but the free version will only convert half of a file, and to upgrade to a version that is actually useful is 35 bucks. I don’t like it that I need to download the program before I found that out.

Another Useless clone from China that fales to deliver what It claims to do. Crashes when It can’t convert a simple format to another! Why Is the App store full of this garbage? As long as It Is I will look towards other places for better software.

Yeah its cool if you want to convert down… ie BD/HD to tablet or phone. But adjacent conversion (built or tv), IE .mvk to .mp4 or H264 (HD) - WOW 1156 minutes to complete, also if your mac’s screen saver comes on or “goes to sleep” is suspends the conversion. What a piece of crap. I cant remember if I paid for this or i got it for free. Here’s what it might be good for - Convertiing 22 minute episodes of whatever to play on an apple Air play. Thats it. And that’s a stretch. If you are in the market to convert movies, - adjacent conversions… to a format that a media server is compatable with and not lose video quality STAY AWAY FROM THIS. I could wait for blockbuster to magically re-open all of its stores, rent this movie, watch it, return it, the wait for blockbuster to go bankrupt again before it finishes converting.

free version only converts one video at a time but it works very fast and does its job!

After trying 6 different video converters, this above all was easier to use, quick on conversion, and playback is wonderful.
